What is enforced on every one of these: Bodied's PDP claim envelope is the ceiling. No medication brand names in headlines. No "natural Ozempic" framing. No specific weight-loss numbers. No before/after weight-loss imagery (slot 14 is a routine swap, not a body swap). No disease claims. No "doctor recommended," "clinically proven," or "FDA approved" language without on-file substantiation. No competitor name-drops. Bernice V. and Jana R. on-site testimonials are deliberately not used (their specific lbs language is FTC-risky). The standard FDA structure-function disclaimer ships with every static. Slot 10 is flagged as spec creative, the masthead is brand-adjacent ("The Daily Habit"), not a real outlet. If a real press hit lands, swap the masthead before paid use.
